Welcome to IlmStudio.AI (the "Site" or "Service"), a platform providing AI-generated Islamic content for educational and entertainment purposes. By accessing or using IlmStudio.AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") as well as our Privacy Policy (see below). If you do not agree with these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on our website. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

You may need to create an account to access certain features (such as voting in polls or making donations).

Account Registration

Voting Rules

Democratic Decisions

However, IlmStudio reserves the right to make the final decision in rare cases (such as if the poll results suggest content that is not feasible, violates our guidelines, or for any other reason at our discretion). Polls are mainly a tool to gather community input and do not create any contractual obligation on IlmStudio to take a particular action.

We may provide opportunities for users to support IlmStudio.AI through voluntary donations or contributions.

Donations Policy

Donations are completely optional and are not required to access the content on our Site. If you choose to donate, you acknowledge that your donation is a voluntary gift to support our mission of providing quality Islamic content. No Refunds

IlmStudio reserves the right to refuse or return any donation at our discretion (for example, if we suspect fraudulent activity).

IlmStudio.AI reserves the right to manage and curate the content and user accounts on the Site to maintain a respectful and safe environment.

Content Removal

We may remove, edit, or restrict access to any content on our Site at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that it is necessary or advisable. This might occur for reasons including (but not limited to) legal compliance, intellectual property concerns, quality control, or any violation of our guidelines or these Terms. Because our content is largely AI-generated, we may also remove or correct content that is found to be inaccurate or inappropriate for our audience.

Account Suspension or Ban

We may suspend or terminate your user account or access to the Service at our sole discretion for any reason, especially if you violate these Terms, violate applicable laws, or engage in behavior that we deem harmful to the Site or other users. You may terminate your own account at any time if you no longer wish to use the Service; upon doing so, we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

"As-Is" Service

While we strive to provide high-quality, valuable Islamic content, we make no warranties or guarantees of any kind about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content. Use of the Service and reliance on any content is at your own risk. AI-Generated Content

The content on IlmStudio is generated or curated with the help of artificial intelligence. We aim to ensure this content aligns with Islamic values and is family-friendly, but AI is not perfect. We do not warrant that the AI-generated content will be free from errors, omissions, or unintended interpretations. Any resemblance that the AI-generated stories, articles, or other content may have to actual persons (living or deceased), real events, or other works is purely coincidental and unintentional. IlmStudio does not purposefully imitate or copy any existing person or content. No Other Warranties
